Went to see KT Tunstall last night, was absolutely brill. Had a full band to back her up, didn't expect that! The keyboardest also played trumpet, and the bass player also did cello. She played a couple new songs and a cover, in all a 90 min show, chatting in between, went on about Cleveland being such a great audience, everyone was really into it, and it was a very cool venue to boot! David Ford opened, and put on an amazing one-man performance, using a midi-playback type device, the kind KT uses, to add layers to the music. I did chat with him afterward, and got his auti-graph (told him you said 'ello t.c.! He said hello back, and asked how I knew you.. I'm like, "uh, internet!" ) All in all a great evening! We had to take off after the show, but I wanted to stick around and meet KT . My little Alli wanted me to get an autograph from KT (she LOVES the cd!) and actually cried this morning when I told her I didn't get one!

Awh, bless her heart! Glad to hear you had a good time though.
Freya loves the whole album, and even Henry does the "woohoo" bits in "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree". Our kids are going to have such great taste when they grow up!

Glad you had fun! 'I don't care what you call me' by David Ford was my song of last summer... It still reminds me of coconut incense and Jamaican rum with ginger beer... Mmmm... *goes all foggy* Not a massive KT fan but I do love her voice. TC is everywhere!
