Impressive! They are pretty popular here and I guess Nick's living in Dublin now, isn't he?
Saw them earlier in the tour when they played Belfast, so I think I'll pass on the Dublin shows. I'm in Glasgow for Teenage Fanclub on the 14th anyway and back for Prince in Dublin on the 16th.
Will you get to see them play in London, tc?

go! I saw them last night and they were fantastic.
There was a 9 or 10 year old boy who ran up to the front of the theatre during the encore and was dancing and playing a mean air guitar, expending more energy than the entire band - he was brilliant! I was hoping the band noticed him, and they did - he got picks and drumsticks and high-fives from them at the end.

Nice one, bluey. They're good at the crowd participation thing, aren't they? They had the crowd at the theatre here doing two part harmonies and all sortsa craic. They took a request and did an inpromptu version of I Got You as well....great stuff!

they are one of the best bands live for the whole connecting with the audience thing. When I went to the Radio Two recording, between breaks, I said hello to Nick and mentioned that I knew he'd produced a Bell x1 album. He looked taken aback that I even knew who they were and said that he thought they should be much bigger than they are x
